Pallottine Father, Giuseppe Ranocchini, was ten years old when she died. He recalled that he spent the most beautiful years of his youth in Castel Sant'Elia: “… The memory of Mother Frances is indelible for me. She did all this with complete natural grace, maternal kindness and great love. When she died, the whole town mourned. Adults wept and we children passed in front of her body in silence and were deeply moved, looking at her features and her eyes closed forever ... "
