She considered herself "the last"
During her stay at Castel Sant'Elia, I was always impressed by her discretion, her humility and her spirit of prayer. When I brought visitors to the Sisters' House of prelates and notable people, she always loved to hide herself in a very gracious manner, no doubt out of a feeling of humility. When she spoke to me she always had an attitude of extreme and sincere humility. She considered herself as an ordinary Sister, indeed the last one; she never talked about herself.
