Never a criticism!

She spent the last 16 years of her life, after being removed from the office of General Superior, in recollection, in prayer, in mortification, devoting herself to the humblest tasks... Always giving her sisters, with her humility, love of poverty, the most appealing example. She willingly lent herself to give advice to me as the new Superior. Her advice was very opportune for me, a young inexperienced lady. ... she lent herself to help in women's work and childcare in the kindergarten, she also taught music to the sisters of Castel Sant’Elia. From time to time, when I asked her, she would say a few good words to the novices.
