On January 18, 2016, after accepting the invitation of the Archbishop of Mwanza, Jude Thadaeus Ruwa, arrangements were made for the construction of a house, choosing a parish on the outskirts of Mwanza, in Usagara. The parish, by pure providence, was dedicated to St. John Evangelist, like that of the Ifunde parish. On October 27th of the same year an agreement was signed between the Archdiocese and the Congregation where construction work could begin. In July 2019, the house was solemnly blessed with the presence of the Superior General, the Regional Superior and Council and other sisters of Region of St. Francis. The formation community, sisters and postulants, were engaged in the parish activity and in the service of the sick of the surrounding villages.
