After three years of work, on July 26, 1997, the nursing home for the elderly sisters of the German
Province (Schwesternwoheim) was blessed and inaugurated. It was a modern and bright building with all the necessary equipment for the sisters' care and rest. They devoted much of their time to community and personal prayer, help with household chores, laundry, and arts and crafts to help our missions.
