On December 27, 1972, after various negotiations with the Curia of the Salvatorians, a part of the structure of Palazzo Cesi was rented as a venue to cater for the hospitality activities of Borgo S. Spirito, 41, called Casa Francesca in Via Pancrazio Pfeiffer, 13. On December 31, 1979, for bureaucratic reasons and lack of members, the activity was closed and the lease with the Salvatorians was not renewed.
