St. Clare Hospital

APPROFONDIMENTI02.jpg

On August 12, 1953, St. Clare's Hospital in Denville, New Jersey was blessed, and on September 24 of that year the sisters began their service. The hospital had the availability of 157 beds, including the maternity ward, and in 1960, as health care needs increased, expansions were made with the 1984 addition of the Urban Tower in honor of Sr. M. Urban Harrer. Then, from 1985, a turning point occurred: St. Clare Hospital merged with Riverside Hospital, and in 2003 celebrated 50 years of service. Afterwards, there were radical changes in management and operating philosophy.
