1935 - 1938
BERNDORF, AUSTRIA
Educational-welfare activity
In November 1935, the sisters opened a new mission in Berndorf. They took care of kindergarten children, offered home nursing services to the sick and set up a sewing school. Unfortunately, the activity was abruptly interrupted on March 18, 1938, when the sisters, due to the outbreak of the World War, were forced to leave the mission during the night and return to Vienna Simmering.
