MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN
Mother House
During the General Chapter in the Holy Year of 1925 it was decided to build a new novitiate house, possibly in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On June 2, 1927, the opening occurred where many sisters from the different houses in America attended the event. On June 24, 1929, the High School, which occupied the second floor of the new Motherhouse in Milwaukee, was approved by the state. In 1941, a college for sisters and young women in formation would also open. This house was owned by the Congregation until June 1968.
